Main responsibility is over the Siemens T3000 control system at the new Panda Stonewall Combined Cycle Power Plant. This plant includes two Siemens SGT6-5000Fee Gas turbines, two NEM HRSG, and one Siemens KN Steam Turbine. Plant Commercial Operations• Administrator of the plant control system Siemens T3000, MVP CMMS, CMX Instrumentation Software, PI, and Vibration monitoring system. • Primary responsibility for all control system issues and logic changes• Responsible for instrumentation and electrical issues as arise. • Control system logic improvements to help plant profitability and operation.• Exemplary record supporting plant at nights, weekends, holidays, and vacation.• Supported operations manager by providing daily plant capability and gas forecasting for plant operation.• Site IT lead for all issues that are handled at the local level.• Electrical responsibilities supporting 480 V and 6.9 kV switchgear.• Other electrical areas 24 VDC, 120 VAC, 125 VDC, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems with battery backup.• Electrical protection cabinets for switchyard equipment and gas turbine/steam turbine generators• Other key systems included Evaporative cooling and HVAC systems for plant buildings. FAT testing/Project setup- Factory Acceptance Testing of IO Control cabinets for power plant controls by computer programs, Fluke meter, and Unimate. Loading S7 AP racks with project settings, hooking up profibus cables, troubleshoot all hardware issues.
