Main responsibility is over the Siemens T3000 control system at the new Panda Stonewall Combined Cycle Power Plant. This plant includes two Siemens SGT6-5000Fee Gas turbines, two NEM HRSG, and one Siemens KN Steam Turbine. Plant Commercial Operations• Administrator of the plant control system Siemens T3000, MVP CMMS, CMX Instrumentation Software, PI, and Vibration monitoring system. • Primary responsibility for all control system issues and logic changes• Responsible for instrumentation and electrical issues as arise. • Control system logic improvements to help plant profitability and operation.• Exemplary record supporting plant at nights, weekends, holidays, and vacation.• Supported operations manager by providing daily plant capability and gas forecasting for plant operation.• Site IT lead for all issues that are handled at the local level.• Electrical responsibilities supporting 480 V and 6.9 kV switchgear.• Other electrical areas 24 VDC, 120 VAC, 125 VDC, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems with battery backup.• Electrical protection cabinets for switchyard equipment and gas turbine/steam turbine generators• Other key systems included Evaporative cooling and HVAC systems for plant buildings. Loading of automation processors. Loop checkout of all hardwired IO. Redline plant drawings as needed. Commissioning power plant systems. Complete commissioning of Gas Turbines. Implement logic and graphic changes. Most of my work has been commissioning the controls of new units. Retrofits/Service- With retrofits assist in upgrading the older control system to Sppa-T3000. Worked on various sites during control system upgrades. Usually, this is for control system administration and communication between DCS and other systems. For service role travel to customer sites for various control system reasons, product modifications requiring logic changes, troubleshoot plant issues, support mechanical service outages, and assist in T3000 version upgrades. DCS Communication- Have years of experience with Modbus, DNP 3, IEC61850, IEC60870, Black Box communication, OPC Client, OPC Server communications to and from Sppa-T3000. Loading S7 AP racks with project settings, hooking up profibus cables, troubleshoot all hardware issues. The thin clients and servers are installed with all the necessary applications and T3000. Also, setup the Application and Automation network of switches for DCS communication, S7 PLCs, Vibro-meter VM600, Telemecanique Modbus Gateways, CS3000 communication modules, printers. Travel to site for T3000 admin setup of DCS cabinets as well as server/client/networking equipment. Establish communications with DCS and outside devices over serial communication. Upgrading of control system software, device firmware as needed. Warranty Management/Troubleshooting- Provide good customer service with OS, software or hardware issues under warranty plan. Involved in troubleshooting site issues and part replacement with Dell, Siemens, NEC, and other vendor equipment. SPPA-T3000 site troubleshooting, walking users through processes. Any control cabinet hardware with failure are dealt with.

Asset management-Responsible for ordering, deploying, and tracking all computer resources in Lotus Notes and Remedy. Responsible for new client setup, migration and return of end of lease equipment. Hardware supported Dell Optiplex desktops, Latitude laptops, Power Edge servers, and HP printers. Heavily involved with migrating computers from 98/NT/2000/XP. Use Symantec Ghost for data capture, image rollout, SID updating, machine name changing, and boot disk creation.
