As the Managing Partner I took the lead in directing all business operations; financial management, client acquisition activities, recruitment and management of employees and the sales force, directed training, oversaw compliance management and developed investment strategies for a business with 3 staff, 65 clients/households and financial assets of $25,000,000. • Business Development: Developed and executed business development strategies including maintaining a visible community presence, effectively identifying new client market opportunities growing from 0 clients to 150 clients over 10 years; 65 households and small businesses owning 150 accounts.• Client Management and Retention: Succeeded in retaining 95% of clients year-over-year as a result of establishing outstanding rapport with clients and demonstrating a commitment to thoughtfully examining client’s life circumstances while helping define their goals to achieve and create personalized investment strategies. The financial profile of my average client averaged $250,000- 300,000 in invested assets with many reaching $500,000.
