• Responsible for processing DRP and ESPP investments for sixty companies, ranging from Closed End Funds to Fortune 500 companies. SME for designated clientele ensuring all aspects of DRP products are of the highest quality.• Process dividend, optional cash, ACH debit and payroll investments. Send purchase orders to market. Balance DTC dividend reinvestment figures, investment dollars and reconcile all money and shares related to an investment. Produce daily detailed analysis for investments. Communicate concisely and in a pro-active manner with internal and external clients, in the Operations, Clearing and Transfer Agency realm.• Conduct quality cross-check of investment processing, mitigated loss of over twelve million dollars of erroneous reinvestment dollars, in the past year. Take necessary steps to prevent deviations from performance standards while working with Operations Specialists & management to coordinate daily investment schedules, corporate actions, reports and investments. Trade reconciliation.• Provide on-going communication involving error trends and make recommendations to improve metrics. Work with compliance and auditors to ensure accuracy and regulatory guidelines are met.
