The Plant Technical Services group provides engineering support to PSE's generation facilities. As a member of this group I have worked on a variety of projects including: -Designing a modification for an 1898 vintage Westinghouse generator in order to increase pre-startup testing capabilities. As a member of PSE's Distribution Planning group, I was able to work on a number of projects, some of which include:- Updating and resolving issues with the distribution system circuit models.-Conducting N-1 capacity studies for multiple substations and developing switching plans to restore dropped circuits.-Assisting with solar interconnection feasibility.
