He has worked as a manager, owner and mortgage consultant since 1989.His ability to understand and read market change and interest rates is a tremendous asset to his clients. He is able to stay ahead of the curve and find the best program for each client. His knowledge of product guidelines is extensive and this combination of skills contributes to his application-to-closing ratio of more than 95 percent.His experience and commitment is difficult to match: He served as President of the WNY Association of Mortgage Brokers, owned of one of Western New York’s largest mortgage brokers and facilitating financing for more than $500,000,000 in closed loans.Ken is an active father and community participant. He is extremely active in youth sports: coaching travel baseball and hockey and is a USA Hockey Ice Official.
