About Kenneth Wright
Current team leader for short-term services including counselling and crisis teams. I’ve worked as a full-time therapist since August 2015. I’ve worked with moderate-to-severe eating disorders, personality disorders, a variety of anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse. I practice CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. I pioneered a rigorous program evaluation procedure, running statistical tests, to inform practical changes to our psychoeducation group programs. I also created a charting assistant program allowing member of my site to chart on the electronic health record with increased efficiency and fewer errors. Furthermore, I was the site leader for the 2018 federal health ministry accreditation.
