Work to develop and optimize strategies for business development as well as people and organisation development. Responsible for big and strategic bids and works within big projects as Project Manager and Representative (Ombud).

Business area manager. Responsible for structural engineering with five groups and a total of 80 employees and a big portfolio of projects. During these years I’ve developed the relationships with the contractors successfully. Dialogue with co-workers and contracts have developed my communication in the way that I, with my co-workers, need to keep a content that attracts most of them and when it comes to contractors/clients to focus on what they are interested in. We have a continuous growth and deliver today better results and have a very high team-spirit which is being shown in employee surveys. On top of that I work in a couple of projects myself; a new interchange in the south of Stockholm and I’m also involved in Tvärförbindelse Södertörn.

I primely worked with two projects. As a project manager (uppdragsledare) responsible for the design in railway project on Roslagsbanan and as a Delivery manager responsible for Design description for a part of the East link railway project. Responsible for project planning and operation, including time, economy, deliverables and quality. Work with project in planning phase in railway.

The unit is responsible for planning and construction of road and railway projects in Stockholm. There are 15 persons in the unit, mostly project managers and some project engineers and one controller. The project portfolio is about 6 billion Swedish crowns and consist of about 35 projects.

In my role I was responsible to build an organization for Ftth roll out. Everything from processes and sourcing strategies was established. The organization started with three persons and when I leaved we were over 20 people involved. During this period we build network to about 150 000 premises. During the last year Lean construction was developed.

I worked as a section manager for National Access Plan. This is a section with about 20 services in three categories; Access plan, Construction coordinators and Construction managers. Before that I worked as a section manager for construction of transmission and nodes in the Stockholm-Uppsala area.

I worked as Sourcing manager in the Swedish Sourcing Department. My main assignment was sourcing construction, consultants and materials mostly as a Sourcing project leader in big projects.

During the construction of the freeway between Örebro and Arboga I was working as the Plant Manager in Örebro where I lead two employees and about ten subcontractors. After that I become the Asphalt Plant Manager in Farsta where I was responsible for seven employees and a number of subcontractors. As the Plant Manager I was also responsible for selling the products and leave bids for new projects.

During my employment at Skanska I was the regions Environmental Coordinator and made internal revisions. This assignment included the leadership of three certification projects for different plants according to ISO 9002 and ISO 14001.
