Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role provides support to the Bradford sales team from a commercial and analytical perspective. This includes providing sales reporting, reviewing current business processes and forecasting future growth targets.The main goal of this role is to identify areas of improvement for the business, to assist in improving management decision-making and organisational sales performance.

Driving performance improvement and optimisation across the national operations of branches and trade stores for the Blackwoods network through supporting the GM of Trade Stores.Identifying areas of improvement and setting benchmarks for operational and financial performance.

Joined as part of the finance graduate program which involves rotations across the finance function.Internal Controls,Risk and Assurance (7 months)-Reporting directly to the Internal Controls Manager of ANZ and supporting across various areas in the business.-Playing a key role in a major transformation project within the business from a risk and controls perspective.-Being a direct contact to external auditors for the organisation.-Performing Sarbanes-Oxley testing for various areas of the business.Category Analyst (7 months)-Reporting directly to the Category Controller Meals ANZ-Supporting the marketing team and performing monthly financial reporting.-Training and supporting third-party business partners.
