I was responsible for sales and operations of the fishing industry trade show called ICAST (650,000 gsf). Under my direction, ICAST became a Trade Show News Network Top 25, Trade Show Executive Fastest 50 and Gold 100 show. My responsibility was to manage and run the industry trade show while operating under an annually board approved multi-million dollar budget. I was also responsible for creating the current registration, validation and housing process to meet our needs. In addition to negotiating contracts with service providers and vendors, I also created and distributed RFPs for services required.
