Ambuce Rescue-Team is Belgium's largest private ambulance service provider that organizes emergency medical services and non-emergency patient transport, preventive assistance, repatriation and training courses.

Managing the division of Humanitarian Services for all national and international humanitarian activities/projects with a team of more than 820 staff members (first period ad interim):- first aid;- event first aid;- workplace first aid;- national and international disaster preparedness / response management;- social care;- capacity building projects in Africa and Asia;- building a hotel for care dependent guests in Zuienkerke;- Youth Red Cross;- emergency and non-emergency patient transport;- up to 23 reception centers for asylum seekers.

With a team of 59 colleagues we take care of new arriving asylum seekers in Belgium.Our service is "bread, bath and bed".This provisional crisis centre will close on 31-12-2012.With 550 residents this is the largest centre for the Belgian Red Cross-Flanders.Responsible for the general management including:- super fast startup of this crisies centre from scratch (3 working days to organize with a complete new team the arrival of the first residents);- operational management (24/7);- human resources management (staff 59 employees);- facility management;- financial management;- stakeholder management (city, police, neighbourhood);- safety management;- health management;- relations with press & media.
