Affirmative Action Plans – I compile the data and write all affirmative action plans for our Company. I also lead any OFCCP audits. We are audited 2 to 3 times a year and we have always received high marks and the audits are completed at the desk level. Company DER – As the DER, I am responsible for all our Federally Regulated Drug programs. Currently, we have 6 separate programs, 5 –FAA DOT and 1 –FMCSA DOT programs. I am the lead for any Drug Abatement audits.
