August 2014, Landmark Aviation acquired 18 locations with over 500 employees. As the project lead, I designed the HR plan, implemented the plan and traveled to 15 locations to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.Other projects accomplished: New Drug testing program – researched, developed and implemented a new testing program Companywide for our post-incident events. The new program has saved the Company over 400K since inception in 2011. Implemented Application Tracking System: As a Government contractor, we are required to track all qualified applicants. I helped to design the recruiting process and incorporated our work flows into the ATS. I developed the training for all locations and trained all our managers on the use. I conduct on-going training for all new managers. This program has resulted in a much more efficient recruiting process and allows us to process 600 new hires a year in addition to any acquisitions. Implemented On Boarding Program – Developed our on boarding portal. I developed all the training and protocols for the program. I trained all our managers on the process and the system. Affirmative Action Plans – I compile the data and write all affirmative action plans for our Company. I also lead any OFCCP audits. We are audited 2 to 3 times a year and we have always received high marks and the audits are completed at the desk level. Company DER – As the DER, I am responsible for all our Federally Regulated Drug programs. Currently, we have 6 separate programs, 5 –FAA DOT and 1 –FMCSA DOT programs. I am the lead for any Drug Abatement audits.
