TROPICANA PRODUCTS BRADENTON, Florida Telephony/Network Engineer Maintenance of telephony and data network systems. Tropicana facility is over 300 acres with 5k phones and 3k end users. • Evaluated maintenance tickets for repairing defective phone and PCs to restore and establish end users’ connectivity.• Managed and led team that designed and installed a new global WAN using Cisco equipment. A new WAN was required to establish intra-company communication when Tropicana was sold to Pepsico and removed from the parent company’s global WAN.• Ran projects with cabling vendors doing RFP's and overseeing large projects including remodel of a corporate facility as well as building a Research and Technical Services building.
