Superintendent For Sanling For Northern Alberta & Bc
Superintendent Role 2016 – Present Spyglass Resources - 2013- May 2016 Spearheads operations for all production related issues as Superintendent. Manages staff and plans all maintenance requirements for various gas plants and sour oil batteries. Plans optimization for many wells. Responsibilities include responding to all ERP situations; planning safety meetings; planning turnarounds; and liaising with government interests. Plans integrity related to o pipeline network as well as construction for of winter roads. Ensures government regulations meet compliance procedures. In addition, plans chemical inhibition programs; investigates any incidents; and focuses on creating new effective safety policies. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: Manages, trains, and mentors direct staff reports and maintenance employees Supervised operations and strategy planning for well abandonment project (winter 2015) Provided leadership for discontinuation of uneconomic plants; managed laying up of all pipelines Reduced operations budget from $20M to $10.5M annually through cost control best practices Streamlined the maintenance department and automated maintenance tracking increasing efficiency
