Early in my career, I had the challenge of working in a position that allowed me to explore my capabilities in speaking with customers, creating development plans from these insights, and work at the server and device level to troubleshoot telematics and RFID devices. I had my taste of start up companies and loved fast-paced nature of their development. Though the last 3.5 years of my career, I'd risen through the ranks from entry level to Operations Supervisor overseeing a rapidly growing team through challenges that, though not tech related, allowed me to bring my experience to automate pain points and support the Teams I had the honor of developing and leading through good times of growth to the challenges of a pandemic we all were navigating blindly. Safety, support, and team development were my focuses to help significantly improve a location's KPIs within the first year of my post. With this experience under my belt, I am looking to put these skills to use. Be it leading teams through growth and development, or developing systems, I love to find solutions for the teams I work in.
