I manage REC Indovent AB, REC Temovex AB and REC Baltics. Round 40 employees. Turnaround by succesful restructuring of manufacturing, structural changes and focus on profitability. Profitable and stabile group with very strong personell team. Focus on sales activities. I have also been used in other companies within the group to help restructure manufacturing. Started as external board member 2009.

I managed the Press division, with approx 135 employees. It included manufacturing, sales, design, service. It included the Managing Director and Sales Manager positions, for this division.

Managing two smaller companies (totally around 65 employees). They both buildt machinery for the Pulp and Paper Business. Including world wide sales responsibility, and large international negociations and projects.

During these years we restarted the Swedish Sales and Support company. I was the Managing Director for the last 3-4 years. Focus was on sales and recruiting an organisation. We created a very strong growth in sales and therefore expanded the organisation to approx 45 persons

During the 8 years at Schneider Electris Sweden, I had a number of positions, always around Automation Products (PLC, computers and software). I started as a project/support engineer. In the end I was responsible for the Nordic business in his segment, including employees in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
