We serve many of the municipal electric utilities in the State of Wisconsin, as well as industrial facilities that contain Medium Voltage facilities. Forster Electrical Engineering provides some unique services (like cable testing and stray voltage investigation) as well. We are also involved with high power/low voltage (600V) electric systems.I am involved in substation projects, relay replacements, system studies and various forms of generation projects. Enjoy taking projects from initial concept through construction and startup. I frequently assist with on-site problem resolution as well as testing/commissioning, which I believe gives me a unique view into how design decisions affect construction, operation and maintenance.

I started with Capitol Engineering right out of college. We mainly did electrical consulting for municipal electric utilities in Wisconsin. We also did alot of work for the State of Wisconsin - electric upgrades to college campus, prisons, etc.Capitol dissolved in 2006, and we all went off in various directions.
