Visiting instructor teaching the IEMG 8634A: Fundraising Methods and Strategies, a three day graduate seminar. The course features theoretical and practical approaches to advancement and fundraising. The course familiarizes students with organizational constructs, roles and best practices within highly effective fundraising operations and introduces students to gift types, solicitation methods, record keeping and tax issues.
