Led cross functional teams delivering advisory services for Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Enterprise Data Management; IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC); Asset Management; and Strategic Planning, Communications, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

The transformation impacted a 60,000 person organization to improve planning, programming, and asset management for an asset portfolio valued over $255B.Facilitated senior client leadership summits (O-5 to 8 / SES) to define organizational strategy, set organizational strategic plans, priorities, and objectives. Established and led strategic planning working groups and tiger teams.

Project Manager for team supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO). Led the development of the DoD Strategic Plan including the definition and, tracking, and reporting of DoD's progress against strategic goals and objectives. The DoD Strategic Plan was a key component in achieving of the Defense Secretary's priority to transform the Defense business enterprise to a simpler, more streamlined, and better synchronized environment.
