I had the role as strategic designer in a cross-disciplinary team of 15 people with a mission to transform and innovate the way businesses work by implementing a design and consumer lead approach.As consultant I assisted companies and organisations in both analysing and identifying strategic innovation potentials, and support the development of service and product concepts. I directed and formulated strong narratives to support strategic goals and fuel change management processes.My additional responsibilities included:• Co-developing new brand identity and design guide.• Internal coaching in persuasive techniques, communication and creative writing.• Writing and art directing content for social media, case library and blog.• Planning and executing quarterly talks with 100-130 guests.

Being part of a small and passionate sales team in the flagship store, I helped position the German luxury-publishing house in the Danish market.Driving sales and excellent service with deep knowledge in the extensive product portfolio with focus on building awareness on the limited art and collector's editions.Tasks in planning and executing various events such as books launches and signings, while assisting in writing direct mails to existing and future VIP-customer.
