In this elected position provided strategic direction and worked with local Gilbert businesses for sponsorship opportunities. Fundraising to fund the booster club for the betterment of the baseball team. Work with the school district and the GHS administration to enable the baseball field upkeep and improvements. Spearheaded pre- and post-validation as well as process development to preemptively resolve issues involving new products. Designed process improvement strategies and created proposals for engineering revisions to eliminate defects in all produce lines. Mastered and executed automation to expedite the fusing process for all products. Systematically resolved multiple customer fuse problems with impeccable results. Directed various program initiatives and conducted training, as needed. Key Accomplishments:• Created the fusing process for more than 20K fuses, starting with Excel spreadsheets then adapting tools to automate the new process, significantly reducing defects from 10% to approximately 0.1% during a five-year period.• Headed the sort program for multiple SOC (Silicon on Chip) products and provided comprehensive training for an offsite team, preparing them to take responsibility for future projects.

Owned definition, design, validation, and implementation of product development and process improvement efforts. Contributed to successful development involving post-silicon debug and production testing procedures. Oversaw and led technical solutions for sort and test development of the S9K for Gila Products. Fronted all preparation related to PDE for Forestdale spanning DFT early lifecycle, EAS Test, and waveform planning. Headed DFT encompassing definition, design, validation, and execution for Hampton Beach. Fronted logistics to tactically resolve pending and emerging administrative and technical issues. Identified and acted on opportunities to streamline and improve various processes to expedite validation and testing.Key Accomplishments:• Leveraged DFT to launch a new test strategy to dramatically lower the cost of testing

Oversaw structuring testing of microprocessors and led team efforts regarding proof-of-concept for structural-based functional testing. Collaborated with cross-functional teams in developing a broad integration plan. Exhibited expertise in input/output loop-back (ACIOLB) implementation. Leveraged S9K KX functional tester with Wavecrest logic analyzer to define Madison A-2 execution. Directed correlation between ATD J973 and SVC J973 using the McKinley processor. Key Accomplishments:• Interpreted and resolved multiple procedural problems involving tester hardware and disk space between ATD and EPD, subsequently creating smooth compatibility to enable seamless and successful debugging.• Conceptualized and implemented structuring testing for the new Intel Itanium class processors.• Led and actively participated in mentoring of new engineers with the goal of molding them into valuable team resources and assets to the company.• Trained and mentored two Product Development Engineers, developing them into highly productive experts.

Partnered with cross-functional teams from multiple sites and business partners like HP to improve architecture coverage for McKinley cache interfaces and buses. Engineered, developed, and deployed protocytes for L1 to L0D as well as L1 and L2 to bus interfacing, bus request queue, and bus transaction protocols on the McKinley micro-processor. Instituted and led new processing to enhance efficiency and control cost.Key Accomplishments:• Developed the Proto tool to enhance multi-site and cross-team productivity, leading to a 25% increase in silicon validation coverage.• Spearheaded Proto monitors for initial coverage in addition to mentoring team members and product groups, boosting productivity and saving millions of dollars on computing cycles.

Converted KJ and KT Test programs from J941 Tester to Trillium Tester. Developed/Enhanced test programs for a variety of 196 architecture micro-controllers.Set up environment and generated vector set for KL/KT. Trained other PE's in vector generation.

Initially employed as an EPO Technician I with rapid advancement to Engineering Technician IV due to demonstrated abilities in testing, evaluation and troubleshooting.Performed functional simulations on software models of 196 micro-controllers and generated test vectors for the Trillium, J941 and IMS testers.Performed manufacturing validation for new generation 196 micro-controller.
