Accounts Payable Coordinator was both my job and title. But, I saw it meanly as an avenue that enabled me to assist my account team with gathering, analyzing, organizing and reporting the numerous cash transactions that transpired during the operation of our business. Performing these three essential duties has allowed me to interaction with coworkers in other departments, as well as with client representatives and assorted vendors:• Collecting, coding and processing invoices for payment. • Generating and tracking client billing.• Reviewing open payable reports and generating live checks. My AP assignments were more than just work to keep me busy until 5.
