• Participated in the project team for the CuTE tool, which was successfully launched in 2010 (and was awarded the Nokia Innovation Award). After launch, I was very focused on supporting the roll-out, training.
• The CuTE tool was responsible for reducing the average lead-time for variant creation from 9+ days to less than 2 day as well as significantly reducing the average error rate (per variant)
