Overall responsibility and single point contact for all systems (within scope) for entire body shop.Lead systems integration activities of Plant Floor Systems (PFS) resources at all project build shops and at final plant integration.Coordinate with CRW Body Shop Lead Controls Engineer on all aspects of systems integration activities.Create accurate project timelines in support of the PFS Program Manager. Ensure that common systems integration and test procedures are followed.Configure and test all systems that are within scope.Buyoff on all build shop work related to systemsProvide functional teams (Body Controls, Material, PC&L, IS&S) with all system relevant informationManage portion of overall project budget, including forecasting, ordering and invoiceGather all systems requirements (# marquees, viewers, Ethernet drops, etc) and initiate purchase requisitionsDevelop (or integrate to) appropriate bid packages for getting system components installed in the plant

Participate in the engineering design, selection, installation, and documentation of control systems for new and existing manufacturing machines and equipment. Support assembly, installation, wiring, and required sign-off procedures of control cabinetry, control panels, sensors, devices, and motors on equipment according to CAD drawings. Work closely with equipment vendors during development cycle, assist in project scheduling. Assist in development, modification, and installation of distributed and integrated process control systems hardware and software. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions for the purpose of acquiring components, testing, debugging, and installation of control system hardware Provide technical direction and support to maintenance personnel and other team members. Troubleshoot machine control systems using engineering prints, flow diagrams, schematics, logic drawings, etc.
