We currently have 3 programs with different courses in each program to give students a variety of experiences and help them develop inquisitive, winning attitudes.STEAM ProgramTMP offers courses to Central Texas Learning institutions to show kids how to do fun projects related to music and technology using a tablet.LIVE MUSIC IN THE SCHOOLSThis program teaches students about different styles of music. its history and the artists that made them popular. We then bring in professional musicians to perform for them to see how musicians work together as a team. We also encourage students to learn to play music by signing up for band, orchestra, or choir.THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOXThese courses help keep students thinking creatively and stay positive. NOC Systems Administrator -Work in the NOC Systems Administration group supporting the Network Operating Center (NOC) and field technicians. The NOC Systems Administration group installs maintains and trouble shoots Network Management Systems (NMS) for an all-optical, switched, telecommunications network, both on the client and server side. Maintains communications, security and alarm monitoring of all network elements on the telecommunications network. Assists I.T. in maintaining all Solaris and Windows servers related to the NOC. Documents software requirements and problems to help I.T. developers and Vendors effectively update NMS applications. Directly involved with the process of automating tasks to reduce workload and staffing requirements in the NOC.Telecommunications Tech II -Monitor, trouble shoot and manage customer circuits in the Network Operations Center (NOC), from DS1 to OC192. Use Windows and Unix based network-monitoring equipment. Help with customer issues in a help desk environment. Work trouble tickets from open to close. Escalate issues when appropriate to minimize MTTR and MTTC.
