Effectively managed a sharp reduction in committed spend through the re-negotiation of major IT contracts, in-process projects and the reduction of FTE/contractors by shifting much of the IT development and operational costs to off-shore partners that saved the company €20+ million in projected annual OPEX/CAPEX and allowed the company to remain on track for planned IPO.
