Current• Responsible for all legal matters for Reddy Ice, including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and employment• Responsible for Internal Audit department• Responsible for Environmental, Health & Safety department• Responsible for real property matters• Provide legal advice to executive management and Reddy Ice’s Board of Directors regarding all laws and regulations • Responsible for all Board of Directors and Committee Meetings• Responsible for all securities matters when Reddy Ice was publicly traded on the NYSE and OTCQB• Oversees all Reddy Ice compliance programs to ensure (i) that the Board of Directors, management and employees comply with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, (ii) that Reddy Ice policies and procedures are being followed, and (iii) that behavior at Reddy Ice meets the Reddy Ice Code of Conduct• Coordinated all legal aspects (and member of strategic executive team) responsible for Reddy Ice’s prearranged voluntary Plan of Reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S.Bankruptcy Code to strengthen Reddy Ice’s balance sheet
