Worldwide P&L responsibilities for Beam Profiling product line. Develop training and sales implementation for 27 international distributors and direct salesmen within the USA and Europe. USA P&L responsibility for Power and Energy Meters.

Developed direct sales team to sell Laser Beam Profilers in the USA. Also hired and trained people to open office in Germany for our European direct sales approach. Direct responsibility for P&L world wide with 20 international distributors reporting to me. Developed phosphor coated camera technology for telecom industry.

Managed a group of 6 Ph.D's in investigating plasma interactions with matter. Responsible for setting up 8 million dollar laser lab. Purchased first two millenia x's from Spectra Physics. Made several significant scientific discovery's that were later used in other projects.

Selling civil engineering, surveying and laser leveling equipment
