In my position I was accountable for the manufacturing of the product,and people that assembled, tested, repaired, qualified, and then packed the product for shipment. From parts, processes, engineering changes, to quality reviews and corrective actions, I directed operators work schedules, investigated and fixed complex problems with the product, analyzed manufacturing data on each machine, and reviewed Image quality samples for final shipment or retest of the product. I developed, wrote and maintained written and html based procedures, test plans, and data collection data bases. I performed training and certification of the operators. I made decisions on quality of parts, and product systems.
