However, these were overshadowed by happiness, joy and a general sense of accomplishment as it was definitely a time well spent.

I started off working in Roland Manufacturing Malaysia as a HR & Administrative Executive prior to the Company's split-up into Roland Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (focused on Manufacturing Music Equipments) & MI Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (Principal Hub focused in trading & handling of General affairs for Roland). Was promoted to Care coordinator at the Boys' Home in less than a year.Job-scope includes the areas of a Programme Coordinator and also managing extra tasks including, but not limited to:1. Management of the Boys' Home Residents' Case files and also coordinating with their respective social environment in promoting a positive pathway for the resident to nurture and excel.2. Conducting social visitations to clients and also potential candidates' current residence to assess the living environment and condition of the clients and writing reports on the findings.3. Presentation of case-work at the Review Board Meeting with the care-coordinator and superintendents of respective centres of Ipoh on a Monthly Basis.4.
