My goal is to continue developing as an attorney through experience, lucrative practice areas and knowledge. My present practice areas include offshore and maritime litigation primarily in the casualty, oil and gas and energy fields, insurance litigation in both property and casualty areas, as well as commercial and business litigation.In joining Chaffe McCall and reuniting with prior colleagues, I will continue to assist some of the larger insurers and companies in the offshore and onshore construction and energy development fields, as well as property and casualty carriers in both the London and Domestic markets in the protection of their clients and insureds. We assist private clients as well in administration of their casualty and property claims and protection of their interests, as well as all types of business clientele in the many business, commercial, contractual matters that arise. We are always seeking additional clientele to assist in what has become a challenging legal environment.I am not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization nor am I Board Certified by the Florida Bar in any area, but my areas of concentration include maritime, offshore and general casualty litigation, and insurance, commercial and business litigation.
