Qv Eq Quality Designer Ii

Current

Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden

My responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and reporting on Feedback from our internal playtests. I have helped establish this process, and I worked with development leads to help them understand and work with this new process.During this time, I have also grown accustomed to using AI tools to categories and summarise large chunks of information. I then review and edit the output into something easily digestible for development leads and the executive level. I have also tested new AI updates and provided feedback on them.

Qv Project Manager / Development Manager

Stockholm, Sweden

I primarily worked on the "Star Wars Battlefront 2" mutilplayer when I joined DICE. In this role I reported on how we were tracking in terms of completing development of the game. I aided in triaging bugs with development, and hosted stand-ups and meetings, among other duties.I coordinated with our external QV analysts, whether it was progress reporting or organising testing strategy. I regularly sent reports to project leadership, detailing our progress. I also coordinated with the external compliance team, and to a lesser extent the localisation team. This was also my first time being a people manager. My responsibilities included holding one-to-one's, goal setting and tracking, and giving career advancement advice. I underwent regular training in order to better my skills in this role.As part of the management team, I also experienced the hiring process. Training was also provided, and I learned to analyse CVs and interview candidates. After working on post-launch patches for a while I moved to the "Battlefield V" team, where I performed many of the same responsibilities. I was also responsible for creating our Alpha readiness document, and generated a report out of this that was sent to project leadership. I continued to be part of the "Live Service" team post-launch.I transitioned back to the "Star Wars Battlefront 2" Live Service team. I continued many of the same duties as I had previously, but it was my responsibility to be part of all aspects of the project as part of the projects leadership (being the only QV manager). When SWBF2 finished, I joined the "Battlefield 2042" team. I primarily coordinated our Closed Alpha/Open Beta efforts. I regularly synced with project leadership, leading the QV side in these discussions. I also aided in pioneering a system to test our games in a production environment. I helped set up a standard reporting process to report on the Live Service patches post-launch.
