★ Operations Sergeant Major of the US Army's largest Military Police Brigade:► responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training and professional development of over 3000 assigned military► foster a climate conducive to the continued professional development of all assigned personnel ► manage over one million dollars worth of Government property

★ Senior enlisted manager for Contract Oversight operations in Iraq:► responsible for the technical oversight of INSCOM’s theater linguist contract. ► Advisor to the Senior ACOR in all matters pertaining to contract compliance. ► coordinated daily with Contract Company Site/Regional Managers, contractors and Senior-military leaders at all command levels to resolve conflicts and provide oversight based on the technical exhibit. ► assessed contract performance of 3,000+ linguists, linguist managers, supervisors and contractor staff through surveillance in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and published evaluations/reports/updates. ► traveled throughout Iraq checking compliance with DA G2 linguist Contract.

★ Command Sergeant Major for a 900 Soldier Combined Arms Battalion deployed in combat and garrison; ► executed established policies and enforces standards pertaining to performance, care, conduct, appearance, health and welfare, personnel management, and training for the Battalion► provided advice and recommendations to the battalion commander and staff on enlisted personnel and their Families; ► trained and mentored six First Sergeants and provided counsel and guidance for the non-commissioned officers and enlisted soldiers of the Battalion.

★ Served as the First Sergeant of Headquarters and Headquarters in a Military Police BDE forward deployed unit:► responsible for the health, welfare and morale of 304 soldiers► assisted the Commander in maintaining morale, discipline and standards of conduct► provided guidance in the areas of leadership, customs and courtesies, and military justice► responsible for the professional development of 121 non-commissioned officers and the administrative requirements of the Company.

★ Served as Senior Police advisor to the GOI (Government of Iraq) MOI (Ministry of Interior) Police services►Led team of senior officers and Department of State instructors in rebuilding the police capabilities of Iraq

★ Principal advisor to the operations officer on the management of a Joint Task Force charged with the reception and security of suspect Al-Qaeda and Taliban detainees on Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. ► Directly responsible for developing the plan for the use of non-lethal munitions and techniques for the security of the detainees used when investigating, apprehending and detaining persons suspected or convicted of offenses against the criminal laws of the United States, the Department of Defense and/or the Department of the Army.
