As the CTO at MMIST, I am responsible for defining and executing our technology vision and strategy. I oversee the development of our hardware, software, and product initiatives, ensuring they align with our business goals. Guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and IT, I focus on delivering impactful solutions that drive innovation and growth. My role also includes shaping our technology infrastructure to support the company’s continuous evolution and success.

- AS9100 Process Owner for Systems Engineering and Software Engineering Processes- Established company engineering ‘operating system’ leveraging existing tools to establish aerospace-standard level of Configuration Management and Engineering Change Control workflows-Centralized all program planning, resource management, and engineering work from a collection of programs and spreadsheets into the engineering operating system- Experience leading technical due diligence on engineering side, major focus on Software IP /Licensing, Technology Road Map, IT due diligence and integration - Responsible for all company Systems & Software Engineering deliverables across all programs- Introduced and controlled use of Systems & Software Engineering tooling and processes based on ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-332, AS9100- Managed Systems & Software teams using Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum) leveraging the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bamboo, Crucible) and SonarQube- Implementing standard data analysis tooling throughout the company (Pandas, Jupyter, nteract)- Lead Systems Engineer on French Special Forces program (SMTCOPS) including datalink radio networked Sherpa Precision Aerial Delivery System (PADS) UAVs and SkyLink paratrooper jump systems - Successfully passed audit of DO-178C development process. - Responsible for establishing product baseline design from legacy implementation and delta for products to meet customer requirements- Direct bilingual involvement working with several layers of customers/suppliers: Safran/Zodiac Aerosafety (Prime), Altran (consultants), 2 layers of French government (DGA, STAT), Panasonic, Lynx Software, Getac, BlackBerry/QNX- MMIST CIO interfacing with internal business stakeholders and external suppliers, developing roadmap for front and back office systems including on-prem / cloud / backup strategies that align with business and compliance requirements - Export Control Regulations (CGP, ITAR)
