Ken Falcon is the Managing Partner of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP. He has led the firm on its growth trajectory from nine attorneys in 2018 to more than sixty attorneys in 2024. Ken attributes FRB’s success to its people, and to a focus on operational excellence for the law firm. FRB has designed systems and processes to ensure smooth communication between FRB’s attorneys and clients and to promote proactive dedication to client matters. Ken's practice has come to include advising law firms on their internal governance and operations. Ken’s focus on systems has made FRB an ideal place for small firms, midsize firms, solo practitioners, lateral attorneys, and other practitioners to grow and carve their own paths. Ken’s practice focuses on the intersection of real estate, tax and trusts and estates. He has long advised real estate families on a variety of issues, including transactional and litigation matters. His particular focus has been working with families in succession planning for real estate operations and management, and resolution of disputes concerning the control of family real estate operations.
