- Provides Technical Support to Enterprise and retail customers of both OpenVPN Access Server and OpenVPN Cloud Product.- Implementation of Cluster Systems and High Availability Configurations- Deals with Handling of our Products in Major Cloud Solutions Like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure and Digital Ocean.- Migration of Database into MySQL, MariaDB, or Amazon RDS- Rectification of Routing Issues specifically for VPC.- Implement VPN Routing: Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint- Engage in handling Linux-based OS’s (Ubuntu, Centos, RHEL, Debian, etc.), modern Windows and macOS/OSX systems(Application and OS level) Issues.- Analyze system logs using WireShark and tcpdump.- Dealing with Authentication services such as auth and mfa/2fa systems, for example, RADIUS, LDAP, AD, PAM, Gauth, Duo, Yubikey, RSA.

• Responsible in implementing and commissioning for every customer modernization project that include core network, wireless, IP bearer, transmission, OSP, facility etc. As a part of the project, IP bearer network consists of IP core and IP RAN, built with Huawei leading edge equipments, NE5000E, CX600, CX600-X8/X2 and ATN950.• Responsible in general for the direct related equipments, engineering service delivery, equipment techincal support service delivery.• Design, Installation & Commissioning, service integration, and acceptance testing.• General technical support included telephone, Remote Access, on - Site and emergency support• Technical Support of current network of customers based on SLA of contracts• Maintain Network stability to the customer end with monitoring frame

- Act as Point of contact and representative of the team- First touch for every issues/concerns assigned to us to properly address to the respective level of engineers. - We ensure the Service level of agreement always applied and followed in each ticket that are assigned in our team. - Coordinating to other team to be informed of misrouted issues and do the resolution in the fast phase.- Fulfilled request to our clients/customer such as Account Creation/Modification, File management, Collecting of Hardware details and etc..- Support through phone to interact urgent request for fast reaching of approvals from different technical owners of each nodes.- Addressing properly of request to the other team to perform remaining task.- Communicate and verified to the customer side to know if the request has been successfully served.- Interfacing on server side to perform the necessary resolution in the possible shorter time.- Technical support for every server issues such as Server Utilizations, FS threshold and maintain the connections of different nodes.- Escalate ticket properly to address it to the high level of support if the issue is subject for change.- Interacting of server console/inclosure for fast troubleshooting of unexpected downtime of server.- Root cause analysis for every unwanted alerts from the servers.
