- Prepare and implement the strategic and annual plans and ensure that these are formally updated on a regular basis - Grow the retail and institutional client base to grow revenue and profitability whilst ensuring cost containment and optimizing risk- Prepare periodic budgets detailing planned revenue, cost, profitability and asset management growth- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that strategies and plans are aligned and synergies are optimized- Manage and provide leadership and oversight to the asset management executive and team whilst ensuring clear objectives and targets

Responsible for overall investment strategy for East African institutional and retail business, oversight over client portfolios across East Africa, active in product and business development across all asset classes

Asset Management pertaining to Pension Funds and general cash/reserve funds. Cuts across Fixed Income, Equities, Property, Cash and Offshore assets
