Supervised logistics operations and aircraft movements for 3 years while supervising 8 hour shifts for 5 temporary laborers in the 24 hr In-transit Visibility watch section rotating staff every 6 months ensuring cross-functionality to track cargo/passenger flights. Monitored and recorded in MS Excel each flight, time, date, passenger count, and cargo weight shipped each mission for a total of over 900 international flights containing 60K passengers and over 6M pounds of gear and supplies. Validated and submitted over 150 load plans and hazardous diplomatic clearances for shipping supplies overseas. Organized files and records in support of the 8 Contributing Nations sponsored by I Marine Expeditionary Force (forward), increasing accountability for 10,000 principle end-items and individual equipment inventories supporting Coalition forces. This increased the stewardship and fiscal accounting for over $132M of equipment items. Updated Coalition support program’s SharePoint site compatibility for 3 operating systems: Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange system (CENTRIXS).
