Hello, my name is Kenneth King and I’m an active full-time assistant manager at Regal Cinemas. In the span of 2 years, I've driven myself to exceed expectations that have lead me to being promoted three times, working up the corporate ladder. I’ve created a strong stable management system that helps other managers and I communicate with the staff at a higher degree, all while maintaining a 3.5 GPA as a full-time student at FIU.Throughout the years, I’ve worked in two companies, Tbar steakhouse and Regal Cinemas. At Tbar, I learned how to serve and bus tables. At Regal, I learned how to manage a building, instruct and guide employees, create employees schedules, have great customer service. I've managed my way around the ropes of learning how to use applications such as Screenwriter and CinemaManager. I've even increased the sales of merchandise that Regal has to offer to help the children of Saint Jude and others. At FIU, I am currently a junior who has graduated with his AA. I am currently seeking a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and a master's degree in project management. As I said before, I am currently at a 3.5 GPA and I am expected to graduate by the end of 2025.
