Supply services supporting gathering, treating and processing for pipeline assets located along the gulf coast as well as transportation services for two interstate pipelines.

· Conceived, evaluated, and executed new reporting strategy using data warehouse and Business Objects software. Pilot program exceeded expectations and came in on budget. New system improved imbalance management capabilities by providing better analytical tools and reports and reduced imbalance price risk and cash-out exposure by $4MM.· Developed and managed detailed method for tracking and reporting physical inventory in the salt dome storage facilities in Wharton County, Texas and Assumption Parish, Louisiana, providing a detailed assessment of operating characteristics and inventory over time.· Created end of month audit process, giving company ability to correct prior billing errors and make appropriate collections of hundreds of thousands of dollars.· At start-up of marketing company, the deal count grew from a monthly average of just under 1K to well over 4K. Designed reports to identify constraints and modified work processes to better accommodate added deal count. Streamlined processes reduced errors, provided more accurate invoicing, and improved quality control.· Collaborated with several vendors to find a business system suitable for replacing Starweb and GTMS. New Quorum Business Solutions provided a centralized and integrated approach for the Gathering, Processing and Transmission business, and Contract Management replacing three previous systems and numerous spreadsheets, improving accuracy of information and more efficient back office operations.
