Lead and coordinate the implementation of USAID-funded Country Health Information Systems and Data Use program (CHISU) in Sierra Leone, and provide informatic related technical expertise to the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP).Work with HMIS stakeholders, partnerships and technical working groups to support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) and the Directorate of Policy, Planning and Information (DPPI) to improve overall HMIS - data quality and use, reporting compliance and feedback mechanisms - at facility and district levels.Support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) coordination through the Roll Back Malaria (RBM) partnership, Malaria Surveillance, Monitoring and Evaluation (SME) Technical Working Group, HMIS, and Monitoring & Evaluation Technical Working Group.

• Provide technical expertise in Geo-information and ICT• Coordinate and supervise MIS/ICT and GIS projects• Manage and Maintain Company’s and Clients’ Cloud Infrastructures (Servers and Business Applications and Services)• Lead the design and development of Management Information Systems including the development of web and mobile applications• In coordination with the Principal Consultant, write project proposals for various MIS/ICT related-projects• Plan and schedule of MIS/ICT related-projects and support project timelines and milestones using Company’s project management tools.• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans.• Assist in the design and execution of MIS/ICT-related research work• Provide the first line of internal review for all Reports• Maintain regular communication with all members of the project team and other Project Stakeholders• Provide support to technical field teams as required per project

Supervision and Plant optimisation. Carry out daily processing equipment inspection, identify and report operational problems and troubleshoot both process and engineering related problems.
