In this role, Mr. Lynch created a program in which all of the clients decision making criteria on why they would purchase SAP HANA was the basis of building the POC with the clients data. The Program that Mr. Lynch implemented eliminated scope creep from the POC projects, and enabled the team to increase the output of the POC's by 120% and increased his departments sales by over 80% over the previous year.
