Working with fortune 100 and Fortune 500 in implementations of SAP Central Finance utilizing the Product Magnitude Source Connect (currently renamed to Angles Enterprise for SAP) to bring disparate financial sources into the single target, in this case, SAP Central Finance.Mr. Lynch has been instrumental in the diagnosis of business rules, Reconciliation reporting with SAP Fiori, and analysis of Dataflows utilizing SAP Business Objects Data Services and SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT). As a consultant for Navisite, (Formerly Dickinson + Associates out of Chicago, IL)Mr. Lynch was positioned across multiple industries including Manufacturing, Finance, Entertainment, and Healthcare to lead various efforts.Mr. Lynch's specialty is in the area of data procurement and the efficient movement and migration of data and objects from disparate locations to a central target database (primarily SAP HANA). Mr. Lynch Lead a team of 4 to complete a merger of data from 3 companies into 1 over a year and a half period, and then moved on to support teams internally for manufacturing, finance and pharmaceuticals.Mr. Lynch utilized his skills with SAP Data Services, Smart Data Integrator (SDI), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), and SAP processes and commands to analyze and load data. Mr. Lynch participated in evaluations of SAP EC-CS, Google Big Query and SAP Data Integration as part of his role.

For Deloitte Tax LLP, Mr. Lynch was tasked to review the current Data Procurement methodologies for an in house SAP HANA based application to ensure that data was loaded efficiently and to eliminate any instances of duplication, and simplification of the methods in hand.Through Mr. Lynch's efforts and advice, the application team was able to make the proper adjustments to ensure that daily loads did not run into the scheduled work day, and the data was in a near real time state for most client activity. Mr. Lynch utilized SAP Data Services and SAP Information Steward for these activities.

Mr. Lynch was one of the leaders in the efforts to document and lead the team through Data migration efforts using SAP Business Objects Data Services at Briggs & Stratton. Mr. Lynch worked with SAP Analysts and the Subject Matter Experts to migrate data related to Materials, Vendors, Clients, Work Centers, and routings.

Technically scoping out Proof Of Concepts for various clients globally surrounding HANA and other SAP Products.

As Program Manager, Mr. Lynch was focused on internal technical SAP HANA Proof of concepts for the Sales teams. In this role, Mr. Lynch created a program in which all of the clients decision making criteria on why they would purchase SAP HANA was the basis of building the POC with the clients data. The Program that Mr. Lynch implemented eliminated scope creep from the POC projects, and enabled the team to increase the output of the POC's by 120% and increased his departments sales by over 80% over the previous year.

Mr. Lynch was instrumental in the initial rollouts of SAP HANA at companies like CANOE, John Deere, Barns & Noble, and others. SAP HANA was in an exciting period as it was one of the first in memory solutions and it allowed for clients to compress and utilize the data in a much faster timeframe. Mr. Lynch served as both an architect for migrating data to SAP HANA, as well as an educator to clients to enable and evangelize the strengths of the product.

Mr. Lynch supported multiple clients during this time period as well as obtaining his Professional Certification in SAP BusinessObjects DataServices (BODS). Mr. Lynch was recognized as having over 100% billable hours in multiple quarters, and as a result was promoted to Principal consultant for his efforts. Mr. Lynch was chosen as one of the first employees to attend the HANA War Room in Waldorf, Germany. Mr. Lynch contributed to the early stages of SAP HANA's creation with the writing of white papers related to utilizing Python in SAP HANA, Creating Connections to SAP HANA with Data Services, and was selected to be a member of the SAP HANA Center of Excellence upon his return to the United States.

Mr. Lynch started with BusinessObjects in 2005, and that company was purchased by SAP. Mr. Lynch Started out as a senior consultant utilizing Data Integrator, which is now known as SAP DataServices. Mr. Lynch worked within many industries including Healthcare, Food, Oil and Gas, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Human Resources.
In the 2005 - 2009 time frame, Mr. Lynch was building agile data warehouses and addressing challenges that some companies had while utilizing Data Services. Mr. Lynch traveled the globe and established himself as one of the experts in the proficient movement of data for the clients, having been invited back to several locations and establishing trust for the company and himself. Mr. Lynch was professionally certified in Data Services in 2011 and continues to the current time tuning and sharing his skills with multiple peers and clients.

Mr. Lynch was the lead ETL developer and lead data architect utilizing Informatica for a majority segment of a decision support system involving the materials and vendors that manufactured and repaired aircraft and equipment for the United States Airforce.

Mr. Lynch was brought in to set up the Finance department with Informatica and to perform knowledge sharing of how the ETL tool worked, establish best practices, and provide architecture documentation for how data would be fed from source to target.

Mr. Lynch was part of a team at Verizon extracting call Center Data into an Oracle Database to provide executive leadership with dashboards needed to make decisions with the business.

Mr. Lynch started his consulting experiences with Logan~Britton out of Boston. Serving and consulting multiple high end clients such as Lincoln Financial, Mass Mutual, NCR and the United States Postal Service, Mr. Lynch was able to successfully establish himself as an expert in the field of data warehousing and data architecture.

Mr. Lynch was a Contractor in roles such as Lead QA Engineer, ETL Consultant , Informatica Developer, and Data Warehouse specialist. Mr. Lynch was instrumental in the adoption of the ETL framework of Informatica, and quickly developed ETL code to split Lucent Technologies assets into the newly formed company Avaya.

Mr. Lynch was part of a team at Edison Mission Marketing and trading that supported an in house application built with Powerbuilder and visual basic that supported energy trading in the call center.

Mr. Lynch began his career as a QA Engineer, and was eventually selected to enroll in a programming course at Clark University in Cambridge, MA in order to be hired on as a Powerbuilder Developer on an in-house call center application. Mr. Lynch obtained a certificate in Client Server architecture and built best practices to support the call center application by creating a series of documents to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot any communication issues within the application.
