Heineken (Test Management)In this position I was responsible for providing support as a Test Manager for changes to their SAP system.My main responsibilities are to assist with the planning and coordinate multiple test management Projects from inception to completion and deliver the project on time fully compliant with the directive.Introduction and use of Worksoft Certify SAP automation test tool including the automation of Test Order Generation utilising Worksoft Certify for SAPI have worked on projects including their platform Migration to Linux, the new Data Warehouse location. Supported testing with our major logistics 3rd party KNDL on their new KNDL RDC in Coventry. I am also responsible for the Test management of the Bi Monthly SAP IT Release test process for multiple small independent Release Items. My main responsibilities are to assist with the planning and coordinate multiple test management Projects from inception to completion and deliver the project on time fully compliant with the directive.

Responsible for coordinating with the Project stakeholders to define the requirements. Creation of the Define MS Project Plan. Creation of the Define Stage Business Requirements Document. Assisting with the identification of the Program resource requirements, Program Schedules and Milestones.Planning The Test Management schedule of events covering Test Strategy, Test plans, Test Resourcing and execution.

Royal Bank of Scotland (Test Management – 6 Month Contract. extended 4 weeks)In this position, based in Glasgow, I am providing full Test Management support. My role included E2E involvement from initial design/technical design. Complete test co-odination from Unit test through to release to production. Including UAT Test Plan creation, co-ordination of Test script creation and supporting and assisting client UAT Test teams. Managment of defects from creation, through to resolution and Test status reporting.

Bridgeall Ltd (Test Management – 2 Month Contract from - 01/02/2010) extended to 14th May, extended again till 30th July, extended again till 17th Sept.In this Contract position I am providing full Test Management support for short projects. My role included E2E involvement from initial design/technical design, test planning and test execution through to release to production. Test Plan and Test script creation and execution. Creation of Selenium Automation scripts for baseline and regression test packs. Managing defect from creation, through to resolution. Test status reporting. Supporting and assisting client UAT and MST Test teams. Complete testing ownership from Unit test through to release to production.

Hewitt Associates (Integration Test Manager, Test Manager/Coordinator)My role with Hewitt as Test Manager/Coordinator on the BP UK/US Account, I am responsible for UK BP and some US / World Wide BP projects on PeopleSoft and myHR.This included E2E involvement from initial design through technical design, test planning and test execution through to release to production. For this I utilised Hewitt off shore test teams in India and development and migration teams in both US and India. With the role of Integration Test Manager on the Centrica Transformation Project, I had Test Management responsibilities for the multiple concurrent Transformation work stream projects.In all my roles with Hewitt my responsibilities included E2E involvement from initial design through technical design, test planning and test execution through to release to production. For this I utilised Hewitt internal Domains and off shore test teams in UK, India and Poland, also development and migration teams in both US and India.

During this period I worked on the IF Mortgage program, dealing with upgrades to Scorecard (including Equifax offer engine, Experian credit verification), Web Messaging and Money Transmission projects.
