I'm a New York litigation attorney with broad-based experience and over 25 years in the business. I've handled the defense of a wide variety of cases including: trip-and-fall cases, NY Labor Law Section 240 "Scaffold Law" Cases, Federal RICO class action cases, personal and commercial motor vehicle accident cases, legal malpractice defense arising out of construction accident cases, trucking accident cases and construction defect cases. I successfully defended a social worker who was wrongfully accused of malpractice where her patient had committed murder and suicide, by obtaining a voluntary dismissal after five years of litigation with a summary judgment motion pending.I've represented owners of closely held construction companies, co-op board members, municipalities, Cities, corporations, lawyers, accountants, building owners, architects, truck drivers, engineers, insurance brokers, insurance carriers and Fortune 500-sized companies.I've handled complex motions, appeals and trials, and spoken at national conferences on general litigation, construction, professional liability and transportation industry topics.
