I help guide people of all fitness levels in reaching their fitness goals through complete health and wellness coaching. With a goal to increase confidence, accountability and consistency, I help clients set reasonable expectations through strength training, nutrition and motivation. • Oversee four practice locations while leading a team of 30+ team members inclusive of overall operations,customer service, sales and medical care• Partner with executive leadership and clinicians to develop and elevate business strategy, goals and vision• Create, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for effective practice management• Determine organizational vacancy needs and manage job advertisements, talent applications, new hireorientation, employment offers, reviews, scheduling and development/disciplinary action plans• Assist in the ideation and creation of social, digital, print and event marketing strategies• Mentor and coaching of interns and team members including but not limited to clinic procedures, protocol, technology andmedical equipment training• Lead crisis management as it relates to escalated clinician, team member and client situations• Support and build an organization of technical and compassionate talent to support the practices and community• Champion team meetings and ongoing culture initiatives to foster strong collaborative relationships betweenclinicians, team members and clientele
