Ken's practice focuses on representing clients in business litigation and in response to state and federal investigations. He has been counsel to clients in matters involving mutual fund trading practices, accounting fraud, health care fraud, and the operation of privately held investment management companies. He has also represented clients in shareholder derivative actions and disputes involving closely held companies. Ken has represented individuals and companies in investigations conducted by the SEC, the FBI, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, as well as in state and federal grand jury investigations.Ken has tried cases in U.S. District Court and in Massachusetts Superior, District, Probate and Juvenile Courts. He has argued appeals in the First Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Massachusetts Appeals and Supreme Judicial Courts.
