CurrentExcited to step into the role of part-time Medical Director at WeCare tlc, where I will work in close collaboration with our exceptional clinical staff and the new Chief of Clinical Services to drive continuous improvement, enrich our team's skills, and enhance patient outcomes. I am committed to fostering strong, personal relationships with all our providers, supporting them in providing exceptional patient care.Our current focus is on two crucial initiatives: transitioning to the EHR system, Elation, and implementing guidelines from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). These steps will streamline our processes, improve efficiency, provide better patient data access, and ensure adherence to the highest care standards, respectively. My vision for WeCare tlc is to nurture a culture where providers actively participate in shaping the organization's future. Emphasizing open communication, feedback, and innovation, I believe we can adapt and continue to have a positive impact in the dynamic landscape of healthcare. I am confident that through daily relationship-building and advocating for growth, we will continue to stand apart.
