Kenneth (Ken) Quiat wears many hats. Ken is the founder and Managing Partner of Direct Lenders' Insurance Services (DLIS). DLIS' focus is helping Private Lenders throughout the U.S.A. by preserving lender and investor capital. Typical insurance solutions do not go far enough to really protect the lender/investor from borrowers bad behaviors. To solve this dilemma, DLIS creates proprietary Joint Ventures with each lender and offers custom designed insurance solutions. The specialized nature of DLIS' insurance solutions are available only through Belpointe's Specialty Insurance Partners Group (SIPG). Recognizing the need to support the Private Lending community, Ken became a founding member of the National Private Lender Association, the industry's only organization providing representation at the national and state levels.
