During his current role as project manager, owns two projects: one of those by leading structural seismic analysis for GSK Sabanilla and Pavas sites, by deploying seismic vulnerability study for old buildings as part of safety action plans; He owns GSK sampling room construction, this room is required for pharmaceutical process as part of quality complaince with standards and norms to avoid quality audits issues in future. Others projects that he owned: Design automated capper for minimize yield loss and down times, maximize execution speed and improve machine reliability. All those projects well have done by applying different Pharmaceutical methodologies as URS (User Requirement System), GES (Global Engineering Standards), engineering design guides, GEP (good engineering practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Process).

After completed mother board repair room installation project, he owns last inventory from Costa Rica factory by customize overall inventory by owner and by exclusive part numbers for making easy donation and discard process.

Conductive Vietnam CPU factory about fast ramping up efficiency. Proactive ownership to perform training package for Vietnam engineers and technicians to minimize learning curve for robotics machines. Actually, 14 robotics machines were installed and qualified by meeting statistician criteria in equal or better than Costa Rica site; in fact Vietnam site has been achieve site cert without any safety or quality issue. In addition, technicians has been trained in how to perform level 3 troubleshooting for Yamaha robot and level 2 for mother boards failure validation in addition he drove and certify Vietnam site as the second site for mother board L1 repair, never seem this certification before around assembly and test factories.

Work with new product introductions and transfers from other sites mostly from Arizona and Malaysia site; bringing new equipment for servers products as Motherboards, PCBs, video cards and BIOS qualifications for production endorsement. BIOS configuration was one of most critical item by facing several issues before manufacturing endorsement, that were solved during several task forces meetings that he leads in order fix issues. His networking with different stakeholders around world sites means his highlighted strength that recognizes from him, team work with local and external support groups provides solutions to most critical issues related with hardware and software.

Critical spares management and predictive data analysis were contributed as sustaining excellence about potential issues related with equipment malfunction and production misprocesses. In fact with HPM methodology implementation (High Preventive Maintenance), contribute about all shifts were improving process indicators and down times by using correct tools usage for customizing the corrective, preventive and predictive as self sustain maintenance.

Between his responsibilities include: L3 training, leading FSEs within Test Engineering organization inviting team members to embraced change and challenge the IQ process, Kenneth was able to use his influence within and outside Test Engineering to include MTE as part of the IQ process in order to accomplish the factory goal and avoiding delays in the project ensuring safe, clean and injury free workplace
