About Kenneth Raphael
I am an attorney who also holds a MA Degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL. I regularly teach courses in advanced academic writing, legal writing, legal English, communication, reading and listening skills and American Business Culture to non-native speakers. I also teach Legal Research and Writing and Commercial Contract Drafting at the law school level.I have also successfully developed, marketed and implemented courses to teach Legal English to non-native speaking attorneys and legal assistants. In addition, I have created and conducted a highly successful train-the-trainer course for teachers who desire to teach Legal English. I have also co-designed and co-authored an on-line course on legal writing.
