Ken Rayner is the Vice-President, Market Development and Communications at the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA). IHSA was formed in January 2010 by amalgamating the Construction Safety Association of Ontario, the Transportation Health and Safety Association of Ontario, and the Electrical & Utilities Safety Association of Ontario.Ken is a graduate of Weber State University (Ogden, Utah) with a Bachelor of Arts. Before joining IHSA, he was involved in Corporate Sales Management with Grand & Toy, Ryzex and Rogers. He also spent four years with KPMG/BSI’s Management System Auditing practice, supporting customers in Canada, the US, and Europe, and focusing on standards such as OHSAS 18001.Specialties: - Creating and implementing strategic directions and initiatives- Managing diverse and complex work environments- Creating a positive work environment- Building relationships upon a foundation of mutual respect and trust
